Yoga allows us to process feelings and emotions through breath work and asanas. Our instructors are registered with Yoga Alliance have obtained RYT - 200 certificates. Like all other services, our yoga therapy can be tailored to meet the requirements of the individual or group. We offer challenging sessions such as Vinyasa, and less challenging sessions like Gentle vinyasa and Dynamic movement incorporating breath. Our instructors modify poses or sessions for individuals who might suffer from injuries or those individuals who might suffer from anxiety and/or PTSD. Our Mindfulness sessions and Meditation sessions are determined based on each individual need and requirement. Group or private sessions are available.
